The prices shown at CaviNYC.com are updated daily to reflect the latest specials and sales. The prices you pay are the same whether your order is placed on the website or by phone.

All CaviNYC.com customers pay the retail prices displayed online.

If an item is purchased and then goes on sale, we will honor price adjustments, but a price adjustment must be requested within five business days of the original purchase date. We will be unable to honor a price adjustment if it has been more than five business days from the day that your order was originally placed.

We do our best to ensure accuracy of the prices displayed at CaviNYC.com. Should an error occur, we will notify those customers affected before taking corrective action.

Only one discount per order will be approved.

Sales Tax

CaviNYC.com will calculate additional sales tax to your purchase only if your order is being shipped to either New York or California.

· California: 7.25% to 8.75% (depending on zip code)
· New York State: 4.0% to 8.5% (depending on zip code)

If your order is being shipped to any other US state or territory, or to an APO/FPO address, no tax will be applied. .
