Returns
Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days from the date that your merchandise is delivered. Returned items must be sent back new and unworn with store tags attached. Items that appear to be worn, washed, or damaged are not eligible for return and will not be refunded. Sales are final for personal items such as underwear, swim wear, make-up and body jewelry. Customers are responsible for paying the postage on any return package mailed back to CaviNYC.com. We recommend that you protect yourself by purchasing tracking and insurance for your return package, as CaviNYC.com is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

On international shipments, CaviNYC.com will only process a refund for the merchandise returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you require a refund of tax and duty paid at the time of delivery, this can be obtained through your country's Customs department.
Please allow us 1-2 weeks processing time to handle your return. We will send an email to let you know when your refund has been processed.
